Immature people pay attention to something that does not matter to mature people since the latter focus on the most important stuff that makes a difference.
1. Mature people do not try to be right in all situation
You cannot be right all of the time. However, you may not want to admit that you are wrong. And this is exactly what makes you immature as a person. This kind of attitude is really childish and in other people’s eyes you are not yet mature enough. Grown-up people are not afraid of their mistakes and admit when they make them.

2. Mature people do not mind having average looks
When you are not yet mature, you pay too much attention to your looks. Teenagers trust fashion magazines too much and do all possible to look perfect. Mature people are not trying to hide their imperfections. Their flaws do not make them feel embarrassed or ashamed. They concentrate on more important stuff like career, relationships and education rather than their hair, nails or pounds.
