5. Admitting reality.
Problems cannot be ignored. Unless you acknowledge them, you won’t be able to move forward. First they need to be identified. Once you do it, you’ll find a way out. All sorts of issues can be resolved if you are not afraid to face them.
6. Problems are not as big as you think.
Do not exaggerate the seriousness of your or other people’s problems. Sometimes they are smaller than they seem. Issues that we face can be resolved. Our task is to do all possible to eliminate them. Be supportive and let people know they can handle their issues.
