Your stomach can cause you trouble if you experience stress on a daily basis. In some people tension and anxiety cause ulcers. Take better care of your mental, physical and psychological health. Do not let people ruin your health by bringing stress into your life. Meeting and dealing with toxic people will never do any good so be careful when choosing who you are dealing with and what sorts of people enter your life.
