7. News makes us passive
What can you personally do to improve the situation that is described in the newspaper or that is shown on TV? Well, you are just a passive participant. You are just watching some kind of show or soap opera. You can literary do nothing to make things better. What is it that bothers you? Terrorism? Wars? Attacks? Crime? This is not your job. The police are supposed to solve the issues. There are plenty of organizations and other bodies who are responsible for the society’s well-being. Let them do their job. All you can do is to start being active and transform your current life.

8. News destroys and kills creative mind
Limitations kill your personality. Your creativity decreases if you watch TV news or read it in the newspaper. When are people full of creative ideas? This usually happens at a young age. Children are the most creative creatures since they are not interested in any sort of news and enjoy their life. They draw and paint, play games and hang out with friends. Once they grow up they are made to believe that they need to stay tuned and know what’s happening in the world. That’s when they lose their creative ideas.
