Learn to distract yourself when you feel that your emotions are about to take full control of your mind. You know how adults pay their kid’s attention to something else when they want him or her to forget what has just happened. Do the same whenever you need to switch your mind to something different. Once you notice something different, your emotional state will change and you’ll start feeling different emotions.
6. ‘Love is all you need.’
Never forget that there is always someone who loves you. Do not be too skeptical. Even if you are not in a relationship and you are in conflicts with your friends, colleagues or family, you can be the person who loves you.
