Acceptance of full responsibility
You are the true boss. There is no one else who can control your life. Do not blame other people for what is happening to you. Accept full responsibility and you will easily find a solution. This is a great way to resolve issues since you are the only person who knows what needs to be done to improve the situation.
Never make the issue worse
Alcohol, tobacco or unhealthy snacks cannot help you resolve your problems. They cannot make you feel good. The feeling that comes after smoking, drinking or binge eating is just an illusion of happiness. The problem is still there and the sooner you admit it, the sooner it will be solved. Bad habits make you unhealthier. This, in turn, makes your life even more miserable. Change your attitude and become more active. You can do without alcohol and junk food. Be more persistent and self-disciplined if your day was hard.
