Mars family

As we know, Frank C. Mars is the person who established Mars Inc. It’s a huge confectionary business that has survived till now and is gaining popularity. The family boasted over $30 billion yearly sales some 7 years ago. The corporation became one of the three greatest individually run companies in the USA. Mars family is the only owner of this business and there are no other shareholders. Did you know that dog food known as Pedigree is also one of their products? The company produces chocolate bar Snickers and many other tasty products. In the late 1980’s Mars family was rated as the richest American family.

Hearst family

William Randolph Hearst made his family truly happy since he was the one from whom the rest of his family inherited their wealth. William is the founder of Hearst Corporation. It is a huge multinational mass media group. There is no other communications media house that would be as diversified as Hearst. The group owns Elle, Esquire, and Cosmopolitan. Also they have Harper’s Bazaar and The Oprah Magazine. All in all, 300 magazines belong to them. Plus they run 29 TV stations.
