3. Move away from the noise
Notifications are included in the list. However, you need to step away from other kinds of sounds that may be disturbing. Noises are distracting and won’t let you concentrate and focus on your projects hence your productivity falls. Do your tasks first and accomplish what needs to be done. Read notifications related to family and friends during lunch breaks or after work.
4. Remember to go outside
Spend a bit more time outside. Go out and breathe some fresh air. If your office is close to your living place, leave your car in the driveway and walk to work. If in a hurry, ride a bike. During lunch breaks take a short walk around the nearest block or find a park where you can relax for at least 15 minutes. Stay in touch with nature and the world surrounding you. Only then will you feel happy and satisfied.
