Step Three: Be proud of the small victories
Do your morning exercises and realize that it’s a small victory. Celebrate it! Then do the same after taking a shower, applying your makeup and having breakfast. Each of your actions is a small victory. Make some progress and read another five pages of a book. Watch a movie or simply clean the house – all of these activities are your small victories.
Step Four: Love other people
No one wants to be lonely and feel neglected. We do not want to look miserable. Life without love is not perfect while when you fill your life up with love, you feel the joy and happiness. Express your love toward those who you live with: your kids, your spouse or parents. Respect and be tolerant to your colleagues and common strangers.
