3. You are obsessed with counting seconds
Doing nothing is pathetic. Stay active and useful to yourself, society, family and friends. There are so many things to do. Start a new career, find an interesting hobby, go to the gym or take part in charity and volunteering. People who are addicted to stress keep counting minutes and seconds. They are extremely impatient although there is not much they do if they save time. Quit feeling so anxious.
4. You have no patience
Let other people live their own lives. Let them be different from you. Deal with the fact that you cannot change every person you meet in your life. Some might think that the way you live yours is absolutely inacceptable. You won’t be able to feel happy if you are stressed and impatient about other people.
