3. Make people feel proud.
People need to feel important. Involve them in the process and tell them that without their participation the final outcome won’t be as satisfying. When we feel that we are responsible for the final result we strive harder.
4. Keeping your word.
Your promises should never be empty. Do not give other hope if you know you are incapable of accomplishing something that matters to them. Do all possible to meet people’s expectations. It’s frustrating for both parties to see that trust has been lost and you are no longer taken seriously.
