‘No’ is not a dirty word
Learn to say ‘no’ if you feel it’s time you changed something. You might not want to sound indifferent or rude, but sometimes you’ll need to say ‘no’ instead of ‘yes’. You cannot solve all people’s problems. This is not your duty or responsibility to help others each time they face an issue. Use your time wisely and do not waste it on things that do not matter too much. Make your own business a priority. Do not forget about others once you are done with your own stuff.
Appreciate and be thankful for what you have
You already have much more than some other people would ever dream of having. Express gratitude. Appreciate the present moment. Thinking ahead is important but your life is happening at present so look around to see the things you have never noticed before. Do not ignore their importance. Pay attention to what other people do for you and remember to thank them for their effort, help or advice. Your gratitude must become your daily practice.
