The human brain consists mainly of water. You need water whenever you feel tired and exhausted. If you feel less energetic, drink more liquids. Water improves all of your brain functions. You will then be able to focus better. Your mental capabilities will improve, too.

Your muscles are eighty per cent water. That’s the main reason why you need water to feel stronger. Keep a bottle of water in your bag wherever you go. It is very important to remember to drink water during your workout sessions. The amount of water you drink per day should significantly increase if you live in a hot country. Only by drinking water can one restore the fluids balance.
