Consumption of trans ruins your cardiovascular systems.. Replace margarine with butter, olive oil or coconut oil.
White bread
Avoid all sorts of refined grains. They are never good for anyone. White bread goes through processing. During this stage the whole grain is ground and turned into fine powder. The product loses its nutrients and its glycemic index increases. Foods with high GI lead to diabetes. Your body becomes resistant to insulin hence the level of blood sugar also spikes.
