Refined products have fewer good properties. However, white bread contains a lot of nutrients. You should not think that white bread is the worst food. Include it in your menu if you like it. Remember to eat whole grain bread, too. Make home-made sandwiches with lean meat and cheese. Put plenty of vegetables.
