5. Fat-free milk
Milk that contains no fat is not the right type of food for you. The same applies to other fat-free products. To make fat-free foods and drinks more delicious, manufacturers put tons of sugar in them. Sugar is your enemy number one. Simple carbs lead to obesity and diabetes. Try almond milk or pick organic milk instead.
6. Vegetable oils
Coconut oil, especially its cold-pressed varieties is a great way to improve your health. Replace vegetable oils with better options. Olive oil is something superb too – you can use it to prepare salads. We do not recommend vegetable oils because they are made from genetically modified ingredients and cause issues with digestion and heart.
