They also can cause this health condition although the amount of carbs in them is very low. Never buy them ever again.
4. Fruit juice
Do you drink fruit juices? Be careful since this sort of beverage may be as harmful as soda. Fruit juice has some vitamins and nutrients, but there are better alternatives. Juice is rich in fructose and this is exactly what makes juice so bad. Glucose is utilized by your body while fructose is processed in your liver. Later on it is converted into fat and, as a result, you gain extra pounds.
