5. Keeping Quiet
If possible, maintain silence. You know that noises distract and won’t let you fall asleep for longer. If you live near a busy street or your neighbors are constantly throwing parties – such annoying situations can affect your sleep.
6. Regular Exercise and Sports
Cardio exercises improve your health. Jogging in the morning, walking in the evening as well as any other physical activities improve the quality of your sleep. Work out in an intensive mode for around 30 minutes per day.
