Orange, Carrot and Ginger

Chamomile Tea
Insomnia should be treated since without adequate sleep you will never function well. Drink a cup of warm chamomile tea before bedtime. This herb is quite fragrant and delicious. Some people find its taste too bitter and add some milk or sugar to make the tea taste better.
