5. The bright side of life must not be ignored
Your mind should be focused on the brightest side of life. Let your thoughts be positive. This will develop a better immune system and greatly strengthen it. Do not concentrate on problems. Try to stay away from people with negative attitude.
6. Humor and jokes
How good is your sense of humor? Is it easy to make you laugh? Watch a comedy, read anecdotes or have a pleasant conversation with someone whose sense of humor is well-developed. Laughter improves mood and, as you already know, happy people are much healthier than those who feel sad, disappointed or upset.
