5. Get outside more often
Take regular walks and stay outside despite the weather conditions. Exercise is usually the best cure. Besides, you’ll get some sunlight and fresh air. While walking we build stamina and develop muscles. Apart from becoming stronger, our body produces endorphins. These chemicals work as natural painkillers. Do not hesitate to take a walk even if you feel pain in your feet! Regular physical activity helps to widen the blood vessels. That, in its turn, improves condition. Damaged nerves also need nourishment. Let the blood reach the painful areas. Avoid overdoing it. Let your walks be short but regular. Day by day increase the distance and speed.
6. Take care of your feet
Look after your feet. Their health is of key importance if you feel pain in your lower limbs. Reduced feeling in limbs can be caused by nerve pain. Keeping track of your sensations can identify infections and injuries. Keep an eye on what’s going on before it turns into a serious health issue! If you suspect that something is wrong, make an appointment with your doctor and ask for consultation and advice.
