Dieting and mental health

This diet does not provide your brain with glucose hence you are very likely to feel more irritable and even aggressive. As a rule, one needs around 100g of carbs per day to have enough energy. The Keto diet gives you no more than 50 grams of carbs.
Keto combined with exercise
Do not stop exercising if you go on the Ketogenic diet. We warn you though that you will feel less energetic in the gym since the amount of carbs your body gets is much lower than that you had when you didn’t diet at all or were on a different kind of plan. Instead of crabs, eat healthy fats and protein to stay active. Do sports on a daily basis and remember to drink lots of water before, during and after your workout sessions. Let your muscles recover and do not forget to take breaks from time to time.
