3. Exhaustion
Feeling exhausted for no reason is abnormal. If you feel that you cannot accomplish ordinary tasks without taking frequent breaks, it may mean that you have heart disease. The exhaustion and tiredness can be caused by the reduced flow of blood that is delivered to the muscles and the tissues. Your body is too busy trying to deliver the blood to the brain and the heart since these are the most vital organs.
4. Constant Coughing
People with heart disease oftentimes experience cough that does not go away. The cough itself does not indicate heart issues. However, if you have noticed some other signs of heart disease, pay attention to your cough and consult the doctor. If the blood goes back to the lungs, the patient’s heart cannot keep up and then the person coughs up white or pink phlegm.
