3. Stay active – do some sports
Physical activity is not less important than the other two tips mentioned above. Nowadays people do not get enough exercise. Lack of physical activity leads to serious health issues, like obesity, problems with the heart and blood vessels. Light exercise can reduce blood pressure and balance cholesterol levels. Start with simple things. For example, instead of the elevator, take the stairs. Use your bike instead of the car. Take longer walks and stretch your muscles throughout the day.
4. Keep track of your blood pressure
Even if you are in relatively good shape you can still suffer from hypertension. This issue has no obvious symptoms. Unfortunately, both genders and all age groups may be affected. Know your blood pressure and make sure that you have no hypertension. This can be easily done by a professional.
