3. Practice Circuit Training
Fat burning depends on the frequency with which your heart beats. If you do exercises one after another, your keep the heart rate at its highest. No need to speed – the point is to perform your exercises non-stop. Keep working on developing various muscle groups and do not take breaks between sets.
