1. Mango

Immature kiwis can be put in the fridge for up to three weeks while those that are ripe should be consumed within a few days. Kiwis taste good in many dishes. Make your favorite fruit salads and add some kiwi. Eat them raw and enjoy the benefits. The fruit is rich in vitamins A, C and B6, iron, calcium and potassium. Kiwis regulate blood pressure and provide you with fiber.
