Stress is not a bad thing at all. It is necessary in some certain situations. It can sometimes help you save your life, concentrate and focus on what you need to do. However, do not become addicted to stress since it may be unhealthy.
1. You keep worrying about tomorrow
The future is hard to see. You cannot predict it. Even if you are sure about what you are going to do in the coming week, month or year, you can never guarantee that other people surrounding you will do everything according to your plan. Worrying too much about your future is unreasonable and you waste too much energy on something that is not worth it at all. Relax sometimes and enjoy your current moment.
2. You bring too much stress to other people
You know that wherever you are people start feeling nervous and stressed. Stop causing tension everywhere. Other people are not guilty if you tend to put off the most important tasks and assignments. Have a planner and organize your day so that later on you could let your colleagues, family and friends relax.
