We keep growing in childhood. Once we become adults, the process stops. How tall you are depends on your genes. Luckily, there are a few exercises that can make you taller. Your current height can be changed and increased. Try them out and see the result:
1. Forward Spine Stretch
This exercise is aimed to make your calves and back work. Sit on the floor. Then stretch your legs out in front of you. Try to touch the toes by reaching forward. Your back should be arched when doing the stretch. That’s a great way to stretch muscles. Hold the position for a few seconds.
2. Leg Stretches
Legs can be stretched in a wide variety of ways. Work your calves if you want a good stretch. Leg stretches are very useful for those who wish to increase their height. Stand parallel to a wall. Then place your hands on the wall. While putting your weight on the hands, smoothly move your right leg to the wall. The stretch that you’ll feel in your calve indicates that you are performing the exercise correctly. Freeze for half a minute and repeat it the same motion with the left leg.
