1. Microwave Popcorn
This food is dangerous for the 3 chemicals it contains. One of them is called diacetyl. It is usually found in the butter flavoring. Some brands of popcorn contains a less harmful alternative, however, they are still not as healthy as we would like them to be. Even they have traces of the chemical. Diacetyl affects people who take part in the production of popcorn – employees suffer from the so-called popcorn lung – scarring in the lungs. Do not make microwave popcorn your regular food.
2. Tuna
Tuna eaten on a regular basis can cause harm. The mercury that this fish contains poses serious health risks. This chemical element destroys the digestive, immune and nervous systems. It also affects the kidneys and brain in a negative manner. In some instances mercury causes brain damage. Avoid eating tuna every day. And always eat it in moderation.
