However, it’s just a myth. There are a number of vegetables that are not as good for you. Look for better options and opt for vegetables that are organic. Those that are produced from the earth are reported to be rich in nutrients.
Potatoes are not as good as some of the green vegetables we see in the same section of the store. This veggie is too starchy. Unfortunately, according to the research carried out by the Environmental Working Group, it has been estimated that potatoes absorb too many pesticides and damage your nervous system as well as liver. The best substitute for it would be mashed cauliflower or sweet potatoes.
